Stitch N Rick site guide

Quick reference for customers, organization members, managers, purchasers, and admins.

Customer

Create an account, place public orders, pay at checkout, and track order history.

Admin

Manage customers, products, review, production movement, feedback, billing, and archive.

Create and maintain your account

Your account stores contact details, organization access, uploaded artwork, and order history.

  1. Create an account with your name, email, phone, shipping address, and password.
  2. Confirm your email when the verification message arrives.
  3. Keep Account limited to contact and organization information; order details live under My Orders.

Place a public store order

Use the public store for individual work and products that do not need organization approval.

  1. Choose a product from Store and complete the form.
  2. Use the live preview as a guide only; the final patch is made according to the selected colors and details.
  3. Add items to Cart, review the card summary and total, then check out with Stripe.
  4. If checkout is abandoned, Rick can still invoice the submitted unpaid order from the admin side.

Order a custom patch

Custom Patch is for work that needs artwork review, special sizing, or non-standard details.

  1. Name the patch clearly; the site uses that name throughout review, cart, and order history.
  2. Upload artwork or reference files when available.
  3. Use notes for helpful context, but notes are not required before submission.
  4. After completion, admins can turn the finished custom order into a reusable static product template without putting it on the public store.

Request organization access

Organization tools are limited to approved members of that organization.

  1. Log in and open Account.
  2. Request access to the correct organization.
  3. A manager or admin reviews the request from the organization Members page.
  4. After approval, the organization shortcut appears on Home and in the header.

Place a 338 CTS organization order

The organization store is for approved unit members and uses the unit product limits and approval workflow.

  1. Open the 338 CTS Store from your organization shortcuts.
  2. Complete the patch form and confirm quantity before adding it to the organization order flow.
  3. Submitted organization orders move to the approval queue unless the organization policy auto-approves that role.
  4. Watch My Orders for the customer-facing status and organization Orders for manager review status.

Review organization approvals

Managers and purchasers only see the organization work they are allowed to review.

  1. Open the organization Orders page and use the Awaiting Review tab.
  2. Review patch type, text, preview, quantity, cost, and customer details.
  3. Approve with one click when correct.
  4. Reject only when needed and include clear comments so the customer knows what to fix.

Production and billing

Admins move orders through review, production, payment, and archive from the admin tools.

  1. Use Review for new orders and Kanban for production movement.
  2. Public paid orders can move through production after payment is confirmed.
  3. Completed organization orders can be added to the correct Stripe draft invoice by organization.
  4. Canceled, refused, and rejected orders remain visible for audit history but count as no income in accounting.

Check order history

My Orders is the customer record for submitted work, newest first.

  1. Open My Orders after logging in.
  2. Use the order cards for patch preview, product, organization, quantity, cost, and color summary.
  3. Open details when you need the full order record.
  4. Click patch titles when you need to copy exact patch text.

Report a site problem

Managers and purchasers can send feedback directly from the header without leaving the page they are using.

  1. Use Report Problem from the site header when it appears.
  2. Choose the related organization and report type.
  3. Include what happened, what you expected, and any order or page details that help Rick find it.
  4. Admins review submitted feedback from the Site Feedback page.
